Everything went according to plan. The transfers and tours were punctual and welcoming EVERY time!!!! The local itineraries they provided were easy to understand and accurate EVERY time!!!. It was always reassuring to be provided with and Emergency contact, which was never required. The guides were knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. They tried to work out the kinds of things that might be of special interest to us and if there was an opportunity to do something a little different to the plan, they would offer it. I guess that’s the advantage of having individual or small group tours. The tour guides even accompanied us into the airports and assisted with check in in several places. We were pleased that the tours had a “social responsibility” focus and we were happy to make purchases and take part in activities which were of benefit to the local communities. The hotels were all good quality and offered good service. All the flights were on time and all the airline bookings went without a hitch. The booking and payment process with South America Tours was easy and Nico and his team provided prompt and helpful advice. We had an exciting, action packed, but very low stress holiday.
